Sign O' the Times je deváté studiové album hudebníka, multiinstrumentalisty, zpěváka a producenta Prince. Poprvé bylo vydáno jako dvojalbum v roce 1987 a je to jeho první album po rozpuštění doprovodné skupiny Revolution. Písně jsou inspirovány širokou paletou stylů jako funk, soul, psychedelický pop, electro a rock.

Současná bohatá reedice obsahuje všechen zvukový materiál, který Prince oficiálně vydal v roce 1987, kompletní záznam jeho vystoupení v holandském Uttrechtu z 20. června 1987, silvestrovské benefiční vystoupení v Paisley Parku z roku 1987, což bylo jeho poslední vystoupení z turné k tomuto albu a současně jeho jediná pódiová spolupráce s Milesem Davisem, a mnoho dalšího exkluzivního materiálu. Reedice je k dispozici na 2CD a 2LP, ve verzi Deluxe Edition na 3CD nebo 4LP a dále jako Super Deluxe varianta ve formátech 8CD+DVD a 13LP+DVD.

Prince patří k výrazným postavám světové pop music. Mnohokrát byl nominován na cenu Grammy, hned sedmkrát ji obdržel. V roce 2004 byl přijat do rock'n'rollové síně slávy. Je považován za jednoho z nejpracovitějších a nejproduktivnějších hudebníků posledních desetiletí.
