Záznam koncertu, který americká skupina odehrála v beznadějně vyprodaném londýnském divadle Rainbow Theatre 27. dubna 1978. Koncertní setlist obsahoval písně Long, Long Way From Home, Cold As Ice i v té době několik nových písní jako Double Vision, Hot Blooded.

Rockovou kapelu Foreigner založil v roce 1976 muzikant Mick Jones. S osmdesáti miliony prodaných nosičů patří skupina k nejúspěšnějším rockovým interpretům historie.
