Loutnista a umělecký vedoucí souboru Jupiter Thomas Dunford spolupracuje s mezzosopranistkou Leou Desandre a kontratenoristou Iestynem Daviesem už řadu let. Předloňskou, okolnostmi vynucenou „covidovou” pauzu využili mimo jiné k intenzivnímu studiu partitur Händelových oratorií. Výsledkem je dramaturgicky pečlivě vystavěné album s áriemi a duety z oratorií Semele, Hercules, Theodora, Saul, Salomon, Susanna, Esther a několika dalších, které společně vytváří jakýsi fiktivní quasi milenecký příběh. Hlavní autor projektu Thomas Dunford ho nazval „barokní West Side Story”, což samozřejmě můžeme brát s jistou nadsázkou, ale naši zvědavost tím spolehlivě povzbudil.
